How far in advance can I book my event?
Events can be booked 2 days to 12 months in advance. Parties booked 30 days or less must pay the full event price.
What is the booking deposit?
We require a 30% nonrefundable booking retainer fee, that is due at booking. This amount will be taken from the balance.
Can we bring outside food and beverages?
Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are only allowed with a license bartender. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.
What is the cancelation policy?
If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your 30% retainer. No refunds will be given on events canceled 1 to 29 days prior to event after its paid in full.

What decorations are NOT allowed?
No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls, ceiling or floors. Glitter, graffiti, paint, silly string or confetti is not allowed on site. NO OPEN FLAMES or Candles.
Is there a inhouse sound system?
Yes we have our own sound system speaker with Bluetooth capability, that eliminates the need for a DJ.
Is there a kitchen available?
Yes, the studio has a kitchenette area with refrigerator and warmer.
When is the final payment due?
The full payment is needed 30 days before your event date.
Does the location come with tables and chairs?
Yes, we have 10 round tables, 9 rectangle tables, and 80 black Chiavari chairs

Can I have an outside decorator?
Yes, You can bring in your own event planner or decorator.
Can I come in earlier than my scheduled time?
No, the time you book for must include setup or decorating time prior to your event. Don't forget to add cleaning time to your plans as well.
